About the Phoenix Kit
The Phoenix Kit is a consumable healing and shield restore item. It can be used by pressing 4 or 
when health or shield is low.
It heals 100 health and 100 shields and takes 10 seconds to use. While consuming it, player's movements are slowed, you cannot hang on edges, slide or use any other item, but the consumption can be cancelled any time.
