About the Shield Cell
The shield cell is a consumable shield restore item. It can be used by pressing 4 or 
when shields are low.
It heals 25 shields and takes 3 seconds to use. While consuming it, player's movements are slowed, you cannot hang on edges, slide or use any other item, but the consumption can be cancelled any time.
