About the Ultimate Accelerant
The Ultimate Accelerant is a consumable healing and shield restore item. It can be used by pressing 4 or 
when health or shield is low.
It grants a 20% increase in Ultimate charge and takes 7 second to use. While consuming it, player's movements are slowed, you cannot hang on edges, slide or use any other item, but the consumption can be cancelled any time.
